Tony Tan Lay Thiam (Chinese: 陈礼添; pinyin: Chén Lǐtián; born 1970, in Singapore) is a member of the National Solidarity Party.

Tony Tan was one of the six members of the Reform Party slated to represent them in the upcoming parliamentary elections scheduled for 2011. However, he and other members resigned from the Reform Party in February 2011. Differences of opinion were cited as the cause for the resignation.[4] Following his resignation, he joined the NSP for whom he contested Chua Chu Kang GRC as part of a 5-person team.[5]
Tan is married to Hazel Poa and has two adopted sons.[6]
